Job Description
- Work hand-in-hand with the CTO and founding team to shape and drive the product roadmap.
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering to launching and continuous improvement.
- Dive deep into hospitality workflows to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate technical possibilities into real market solutions, with a special focus on AI and LLM integrations.
- Partner closely with customers to test assumptions, collect feedback, and encourage adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, high-quality product experiences.
- Monitor product performance and user behavior to guide smart, data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- You have 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- You have a strong technical background and are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineers.
- Familiarity with complex integrations and how enterprise systems work together.
- You have practical exposure to LLMs/AI, with thoughtful perspectives on how they can improve user workflows.
- You have strong analytical skills and are proficient with SQL, product analytics tools, and interpreting user behavior data.
- You can work perfectly in a changing environment.
- You understand how product choices affect architecture, operations, and user experience.
- You can seamlessly switch between technical conversations and executive-level discussions.
- You naturally engage with users, validate assumptions, and balance qualitative insights with real data.

What to Expect

- The pay ranges from $150,000 to $180,000/annum for NYC candidates.
